Here are some cool settings for VS.NET 2k8 I pulled from a site called IDE HOT OR NOT ...  I grabbed them from many uploads and have just dumped them into a single rar file for ease of use.  Enjoy.  Be sure to check out IDE HOT OR NOT!!!  Below are two of my favorite settings/schemes:
